The Department of Radiology and Imaging is well equipped to conduct radiological investigations with the latest medical imaging equipment which includes a CT Scanner, ultrasound, digital X-ray and a C-ARM.
Our digital X-ray unit can produce high resolution images that enhances the quality – to arrive at quick clinical decisions
Our 16 slice CT scanner helps to perform routine CT to 3D and volumetric reconstruction scans that help in accurate and timely diagnosis in acute cases. The device enables CT angiograms, High Resolution CT scans, multi-dimensional CT protocols for abdomen and chest with dynamic imaging.
We perform general ultrasound scans of abdomen, chest, neck, breast, joints and any soft tissue. Obstetric ultrasound, colour Doppler, 3D/4D ultrasound, transvaginal and transperineal ultrasound scans are also performed.
These include image guided (USG/CT) FNAC and biopsies, percutaneous drainages, diagnostic and therapeutic ascitic and pleural fluid aspirations and drainages.
